Lingge adhesive polyester film is an insulating material made by coating a layer of single component hot resin on the surface of electrical grade polyester film after special process treatment, which is divided into single and double sides.
The diamond shaped coating layer on the thin film forms a discontinuous adhesive layer at a certain temperature and begins to cure. When the temperature rises above 110 degrees, it can be cured in a few hours, allowing the wire of the coil to bond with the insulation layer as a whole. At the same time, a small mesh like "channel" is formed between the conductor and the insulation layer. This "channel" is conducive to the immersion of gas medium and the discharge of interlayer air, improving the insulation strength of the entire coil.
The processed polyester film not only greatly increases its adhesion to the resin, but also eliminates the inevitable static electricity on its surface, reducing its adsorption of particles in the air during cutting and use.
Widely used in electrical equipment such as transformers and transformers.
